Roles and Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks including employee records, documentation, and HRMS updates.
Maintain employee attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate monthly reports.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth documentation and a positive employee experience.
Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support hiring managers with candidate shortlisting and interview tracking.
Ensure timely communication and maintain a professional candidate experience.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Help foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
Support internal communication initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirements.
Maintain confidential HR records and audit-ready documentation.
Support statutory compliance activities such as PF/ESI updates, where applicable.
Office Administration Support
Oversee office administration tasks including vendor coordination, asset tracking, and stationery management.
Support daily workplace operational needs for smooth functioning.
Handle basic expense tracking and assist with procurement activities.
Support to Management
Provide weekly HR operational reports to management.
Assist leadership with HR strategy implementation, process improvements, and new initiatives.
